    Residents who are not able to use public transportation services may be eligible to use the following services:

    Transportation for City of Manitowoc and Two Rivers residents who are not physically able to utilize the bus service.  ADA certification is required.  Copay of $3.00 for one way ride for curb to curb service. Door to door service will be provided at a cost of $5.00 each way. This transportation service is provided by Assist To Transport
